    • We are sourcing for a skilled Business Analyst to assist us with our ongoing system revamp. The role is highly functional and encompasses all of the requirements for developing, supporting and maintaining our internal and external applications within a fully agile team.
    • Due to the nature of our industry and our current positioning, the amount of data processed is extremely high and as a result our systems have a complex back end and require individuals with an analytical bent of mind, good eye for detail, proactive attitude and a solid commercial experience helping develop enterprise applications.

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelors in Technology field
    • Nice to have Masters in Technology field

    Skills:

    • Identify and document As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
    • Conduct Gap Analysis.
    • Propose and negotiate multiple solutions based on ease of implementation and business priority.
    • Define scope and get signoffs from relevant stakeholders.
    • Conduct cross functional meetings to gather, analyze and refine requirements.
    • Document use cases/ user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Own and groom Product Backlog.
    • Test case preparation.
    • Act as SPoC (bridge) representing Business to Development team.
    • Verification of solution.
    • Support after solution delivery.
    • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
    • Write and maintaining user documentation and training users.
    • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Understanding of Agile Scrum.
    • E-commerce/Fintech Domain Experience.

    Skills (Must have):

    • Professional BA Related Tools Certifications (preferably in Microsoft Technology).
    • Professional Membership of relevant professional organizations such as IIBA.

    Junior Engineer

    Job Objective (s)

    • To develop by proposing best tools, innovative ideas that will aid improvements and supporting the execution of improvements that will translate to New, Outstanding and Effective Product respectively.

    Specific Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document Web applications using appropriate editors.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing Web applications and sites.
    • Install and configure HTTP servers and associated operating systems, and establish appropriate server directory trees.
    • Identify, recommend, and prioritize new Web features and applications.
    • Manage Web servers and sites with domain name services.
    • Update Web pages to ensure site accuracy and currency.
    • Work with database administrator to design, develop, and update databases as they relate to Web applications.
    • Ensure security of all Web sites and related applications.

    • In-depth knowledge of Web technologies, protocols and tools including CSS, Ajax, Flash, JavaScript, JQuery and Web Services.
    • Strong understanding of Internet programming languages, including .net, PHP, HTML5 and C#.
    • Thorough understanding of application development methodologies.
    • Experience with computer graphic and multimedia design.
    • User interface design knowledge.
    • Comprehensive experience with structuring, developing, and implementing interactive corporate Web sites.
    • Proven experience in installing, upgrading, and maintaining Web servers and associated operating systems, including Windows and/or Linux.
    • Understanding of cloud computing.
