We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager 

Location: Lagos 

Responsibilities

  • Provision of attractive incentives and salary packages, rewards and benefits to ensure retention of competent employees.
  • Set up of HR policies in alignment with the company’s standards
  • Arrangement of accommodation for eligible management staff
  • Manpower planning and set up of job descriptions in alignment with the company’s standards.
  • Recruitment of qualified candidates on all levels from all available sources e.g. external recruitment agencies
  • An excellent knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation and working practices is essential
  • Manages all Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Retirement Benefits, Medical and Health Care
  • Manage immigration and work permits for the Nigerian office

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist in a multinational firm
  • Professional HR certification is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of local labour & immigration law
