    Restaurant Manager

     

    Reports To: Regional Restaurant Manager

    Job Purposes

    • We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
    • Oversees customer satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
    • Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations

    Responsibilities

    • Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
    • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Respond to customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate actions to resolve the problem and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
    • Develops and implements a business plan for food and beverage.
    • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
    • Estimate future needs of goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
    • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
    • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
    • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
    • Promote the brand in the local community.
    • Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
    • Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
    • Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management Position

    Personal Specifications
    Academic Qualification:

    • B.Sc, BA, M.Sc,

    Experience:

    • 5 years

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Microsoft Office tools, Communication, and presentation skills, Customer Relationship Management Skills

    Reports to: Zonal Restaurant Manager

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for overall operations of a group of restaurants in an assigned geographic region.

    Responsibilities

    • Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
    • Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
    • Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow
    • Uphold and enforce company policies
    • Work closely with regional managers to develop and implement business plan.
    • Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
    • Check in with Outlet Managers regularly to determine satisfaction
    • Help management create the department’s budget
    • Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities
    • Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues
    • Oversee security of the facility

    Personal Specifications

    • Previous experience in the Fast Food industry preferred
    • Customer service experience
    • Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures
    • Team management skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Experience with facilities maintenance and/or security
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Availability to work in shifts including weekends
    • Microsoft Office Skills

    Academic Qualification

    • BS,BA,MSc.

    • 6-7years

    Zonal Restaurant Manager

     

    Reports To: Top Management

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for overall operations of a group of restaurants in an assigned geographic region

    Responsibilities

    • Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
    • Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
    • Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow of the regional managers
    • Uphold and enforce company policies
    • Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
    • Check in with Outlet Managers regularly to determine satisfaction
    • Help management create the department’s budget
    • Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities
    • Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues
    • Oversee security of the facility
    • Implement and instill in the team company policies, procedures, and ethics
    • Handle customer complaints and queries
    • Implement branded promotional campaigns from head office, including the handling of point-of-sale promotional materials, or devise your own promotional campaigns
    • Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
    • Report to, and attend regular meetings with area managers or head office representatives
    • Establish relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company’s corporate social responsibility programs.

    Requirements

    • Academic Qualification: B.Sc, B.a  M.Sc.
    • Experience: 6-10 years

    Personal Specifications:

    • Previous experience in the Fast Food industry preferred
    • Customer service experience
    • Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures
