Job Title: Psychologist

Location: Lagos

An opportunity exists for a psychologist to provideconsulting psychological services, predominantly assessments to business units in Nigeria and Ghana.

This role involves providing guidance and psychological assessments for current employees for development purposes as well as assessments for recruitment purposes. This must be done with due cognizance of the short, medium and long-term image and operational objectives of the organization. The assessments used are prescriptive. This means that the psychologist will have to be trained to use the standardised assessment batteries, taking into account the business Global standards and guidelines regarding psychometric assessment practices that she/he will be trained in and will have to adhere to. This role is foreseen as a long term relationship so that the psychologist gets to understand our business and its needs. The key aim of using assessments is to leverage information generated from the assessments together with other data to facilitate strategic people decisions and planning. Coaching of managers is therefore important so that they are empowered to use the results from the assessments as an additional source of data that will help them make sound business decisions with regards to people.
Requirements: Knowledge and Experience Required A minimum of 4 years corporate-related experience A good business understanding Excellent understanding of social, political and economic issues Ideally a Master’s degree in Industrial or Clinical Psychology Licensed Psychologist Sound knowledge of and experience in using psychometrics in an organisational context is ideal

Senior Safety & Environmental Auditor

Reports to the Audit Operations Manager
The Sr. Safety & Environmental Auditor is responsible for conducting compliance audits at Company, Franchise Bottler and co-packer manufacturing facilities, Business Units, Laboratories, operations against Quality, Safety and Environmental (QSE) governance requirements, policies and standards of The Coca-Cola Company. The position being recruited is for associates with Safety and/or Environmental experience.
Conduct compliance audits at the Company, Franchise Bottler and co-packer manufacturing facilities, Business Units, Laboratories, Commercial Product Supply (CPS) against Safety / Environmental governance requirements, policies and standards of The Coca-Cola Company (KORE).
Review audit results and identify the severity of audit findings or the process risk associated with the findings to ensure the appropriate level of action is taken to eliminate the non-conformance.
Prepare audit reports that are concise and understandable, which allow operations to accurately identify and implement corrective action.
Input audit information into the appropriate Global Audit Organization (GAO) database.
Manage current year and individual audit plans or protocols for QSE audits and deliver according to the schedule.
Review, track and provide feedback on corrective action plans.
Develop, test, implement, maintain and further improve the auditing concepts, methodologies and tools used for assessing the level of compliance to Company QSE requirements.
Actively participate in Global Audit Organization programs.
Participate in QSE activities to further improve the consistency and calibration in audit.
