We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Fixed asset management, the company’s fixed assets registration, bookkeeping, and regular inventory.
  • Warehouse management: the storage, use and daily management of company office supplies, low-value consumables and cleaning supplies.
  • Regularly collect employee feedback on office environment issues.

Recruitment Ability / Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiar with daily office software such as Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Received relevant training courses on administrative management, public relations, asset management, etc.
  • More than 1 year of work experience.
  • Have a sense of responsibility, a sense of teamwork, and dedication.
