Job Title: Telesales Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Calling existing and potential customers to sellcompany products and services
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Updating customers’ details on our database, and then sharing this information to concerned users.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Reporting on marketing activities as relating to goals and impediments.
