- Ensure the continuous growth of the Restaurant in sales and profit.
- Planning menu with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure HR and Administrative policies, processes and procedures are relevant, responsive, up-to-date, in line with the best practices, and properly communicated organization –wide.
- Ensure that the quality of service delivered is in line with agreed service standards.
- Effectively oversee the general day to day running of Crossover Restaurant.
- Promoting and Marketing the restaurant.
- Recruit, train and supervise the staffs.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Assessing and improving profitability
- Handling administration and paperwork
- Customer service delivery.
- Maintain standard quality control, hygiene, and cleanliness of the environment.
- Agreeing and managing monthly budgets.
