Job Title: Business Support System Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall direction for Financial Services by analyzing changes in the competitive landscape, analyzing trends, costs, forecasts and implementing them into the business plan.
  • Systems & DB Administration & Unix- related process monitoring File systems monitoring, maintenance and optimization.
  • Liaise and support the technical team to manage the platform performance, upgrades and other modifications Trouble ticket analysis, investigation and resolUtion.
  • Batch and data processing management. Software access and security management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accountancy, Finance or any other related field.

Experience/Competency Required:

  • Minimum of 5-6 years experience in Operations Management. Understand system security requirements Able to write shell scripts/Programs and Filters to access data.
  • Good understanding of GSM architecture Good knowledge of risk and regulatory of the Mobile Money Financial Services industry.
  • Product and Business development skills
  • Ability to write SQL scripts / Queries I Programs, Filters and to create spreadsheets.
