Job Title: Canvasser (ASF)

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan – Oyo, Enugu, Kano and Port Harcourt – Rivers

The Role

• The role is part time & it allows canvassers earn as much as they desire while ensuring that they deliver on recruiting the right persona of candidates for the advisor/ lead generator role.
• Canvassers earn an allowance + a recruitment performance fee on every advisor successfully on-boarded.

Job Description

• The Canvasser is responsible for visiting residential neighbourhoods or public areas to engage, enlighten & recruit suitable candidates to become sales advisors.
• The Canvasser is required to pitch the Alpha Sales Force model to potential candidates within their location.

The duties of the canvasser include:

• Map out territory / location assigned & engage a one-on-one discussion to introduce the Alpha Sales Force business model, emphasizing more on how the potential advisors can earn additional income by referring customers to buy insurance policies.
• Demonstrate a vast knowledge of the model, product, and service to convince people to join the scheme.
• Get the required contact details of potential prospects and follow up.
• Submit daily report on engagement sessions with potential prospects.
• Onboard all interested candidates
• Submit daily report on on-boarded Advisors.

Job Requirements
Suitable candidates for this role must (be):

• 21 years or older
• At least an OND Holder.
• Previous marketing/sales experience is an added advantage.
• Computer literate and must have a smart phone or laptop/PC to work with
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to change 
• Excellent communication skills including eloquence, active listening & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently based on employer requirements.
• Good time management skills.
• Have physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, meeting and talking to people.
