- Arranging meetings, maintaining the office environment;
- Communicating with other department, applying for office supplies, applying for reimbursement;
- Outputting reports of administration
- Passionate and optimistic, responsible and good executive ability, good communication ability and service awareness
- OND / HND / B.Sc qualification.
- Great written English and Chinese preferred
