Norton Industries Limited is a Building Materials company, specializing in the supply and installation of MARBLE, GRANITE and other NATURAL STONES all over Nigeria.

Job Title: Client Executive

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • The Client Executive will be reporting directly to the CEO. You will be working within an innovative, forward thinking and highly enthusiastic team
  • You will have a high impact on business, turnover and revenue.. If you are passionate about sales, creating relationships, and passionate about converting leads into sales, then you will be a great addition to the existing team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the company and the clients. You will be the face of the company and a custodian of the company’s values.
  • Manage a portfolio of a range of small to large, complex and/ or multinational clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts with your assigned accounts.
  • Manage the full breadth of activities within your client list
  • Maintain strong follow up systems or timely completion of projects/ assignments and keeping CEO and the clients updated on any developments, status reports related to ongoing projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client, sales, and internal supporting departments. Responsible for ensuring all departments are fully engaged and informed. Co-ordinate with cross- functional teams for smooth execution of all backend operations.
  • Overseeing and Facilitating purchasing and issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Monitor schedule to ensure timely execution of project to enable adherence to schedule.
  • Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports as well as internal databases.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
  • Responsible to seek out and retain both new and existing clients through industry contacts and business development efforts.
  • Should be high on integrity and able to maintain confidentiality in day to day operations.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, events and act as an ambassador for the company
  • Develop knowledge of all departments and aspects of the company.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 2 – 10 years.

Criteria

  • Must be a Female
  • Close proximity to Ilupeju or Ikeja.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of office tools such as MS Excel, Power point, emailing systems, etc.
  • Highly organized, energetic with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work with people at all levels
  • Team player who builds rapport, with a willingness to support colleagues during critical periods. Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and Any other language is a plus
  • Experience in handling Annual sales forecasts, budget preparations, medium term forecast preparations etc. is a bonus
  • Experience with sales and marketing in a multinational company is a bonus.
