We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Client Success Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- As our first Customer Success recruit in Lagos, your mission will be to define, design & execute all activities relative to the support & development of the existing customer base in Nigeria. Operating next to Growth & Product, you shall be the direct point of contact to collect & manage customer feedback.
In practice, this means that you will:
- Serve as the first line of contact with Accountable’s customers in Nigeria
- Work hand-in-hand with product & growth to ensure a perfect customer journey
- Support quality assurance activities, as part of the product development process.
- Create content, images, postand manage our social media pages
- Send email updates to clients
- Support the update of our website blog
- Developing accounting content for client newsletters
- Manage Client Calls
- Help build a fantastic team.
Who We Are Looking For / Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Good with graphic design and has interest in accounting
- Unmatched motivation to deliver an unrivalled client experience
- Someone who stays current with industry trends and best practices
- Ownership mentality and capacity to get things done
- OND qualification.
- Candidates should live within Surulere and environs.
