Job Title: Debt Collections Manager
Location: Oshodi, Lagos

- We are currently seeking to engage the services of a Debt Collections Manager, whose main responsibilities will include the following:
- Overseeing and Managing all the Debt Collections business of the Ensuring & Monitoring repayments from a portfolio of Debtors
- Ensuring & Monitoring repayments from a portfolio of Debtors
- Define and manage the debt collections business processes
- Collecting and summarizing data for a complete and detailed financial / data recovery report for Management and Clients use
- Definition and performance management of Target KPAs/KPIs
- Monitoring the volume, quantum and quality of outbound calls made by the DCAs.
- Developing strategies for the resolution and the collection of bad debt.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall collections significantly.
Job Specification / Qualifications:
- Education Qualification: Minimum of a Degree from any recognized Institution of Higher Learning
- Professional Qualification: Financial / Debt Recovery Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of appropriate CRM software and understanding of the Contact Center industry.
