Job Title: Cost Control Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Control internal theft and pilferage
- Daily and Weekly report to keep track of restaurant costs.
- Tracking and Managing inventory to ensure restaurant food and beverage cost control.
- Must be IT savvy.
- 2 – 4 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Team player
- Analyzing stock requirements through Yield management
- Control wastage through portion control
Salary
- N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
