A successful Customer Service representatives help businesses develop strong relationships with their clients and customers. They answer customer questions, help resolve problems, process refunds and make suggestions regarding the purchase of additional products and services.
Main Duties of a Customer Service Representatives include:
- Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service.
- Providing advice on purchasing products or service.
- Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service.
- Taking or processing orders for a product or services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A vast knowledge of Microsoft offices is required, especially Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint
- 1 year Minimum experience as a Customer Service officer
- OND/HND in any related management courses.
