Overall purpose- responsible for attending to customer complaints, engaging with prospective customers and managing customer expectations.
- Thoroughly review and ensure all listing details are accurate before approval.
- Resolve customer complaint by proffering the best solution tailored to address the situation as and when need be.
- Prepare weekly report on all listings and new customer acquisition.
- Analyse, spot user trends, share insights and recommend implementable solutions to further engage customers and close gaps.
- Post content, engage, report performance and manage social media engagements.
Personal Qualities and Basic Skills
- Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be social media savvy.
- Must be analytic and possess critical thinking skills
Preference will be given to potential applicants that reside in Ajah and its environs.
