Job Title: Customer Support (Deployment and Subscription Monitoring)
- The role exists to prevent defects in products and avoid problems when delivering solutions to customers.
- Minimum of 2.1 in Information Science or related course.
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
- Ability to perform manual and automated testing.
- Ability to analyze and document test results.
- Understanding software development cycles.
