Frankedge Properties is a Real Estate Company with a clear sense of vision for development and hence making the property available to all. The company was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C) in Nigeria in the year 2009. Over the year, the company has done work in real estate construction supervision for clients that spread across the nation. Frankedge is run by well-seasoned experts who have proved their mettle in the business of the real estate. We are developing apartments and a land banking scheme for investors who want quality and timely delivery upon their respective completion of payment.

We are versed in the full gamut of real estate, from acquiring land for our subscribers to developing the land. We take responsibility to ensure that all relevant documents are in place and made available to buyers, to avoid the pain of encroachment or government demolishing in the future. Job Brief

  • We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Field Sales Officer.
  • Sales Officer responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
  • Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, using their empathy maps to provide real estate advisory services
  • Prepare and deliver high, impact presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Conduct site inspections
  • An ideal candidate must be able to bring in new business
  • Generate and follow up leads for the company
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Requirements

  • OND in any Sales discipline
  • At least 2 years of work experience.
  • Must be a female that resides in ikorodu
  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Must have experience in sales in the real estate industry.
