- Monitor, anticipate, and resolve challenges that can disrupt fleet performance.
- Manage real time fleet issues; ensures prompt resolutions.
- Give a structured and actionable daily feedback to the Head, Fleet Management.
- Responsible for retention of riders and creating a happy atmosphere amongst the riders.
- Manage the relationship between the organization and the riders
- Quarterback all activities in the department and ensure end-to-end quality assurance and business satisfaction.
Desired Experience/ Knowledge
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience issue resolution
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of excel / google sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting.
