A leading company situated in heart of Lagos but with expansion across Nigeria and West Africa Sub Regions is in need of a practically qualified and experienced personnel to fill the position below for an immediate employment:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • The Front Desk Officer projects the brand impression of the company to the customers through exceptional client service delivery.
  • Orientate customers about the products and services of the company.
  • Engage in selling of security / safety gadgets.
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assisting and contributing in general to front desk office coordination.
  • Maintaining confidentiality with regards to client information.
  • Interact with clients, vendors and visitors, answer telephones calls and transferring calls to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Sign for and deliver packages from courier.

Qualification / Experience

  • Candidate should possess at least OND qualification in Computer Science and any other related field with minimum experience of 2-3 years cognate experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be an added.
  • Preferably a Female.
