Human Resources / Admin Executive
Direct and coordinate human resources activities such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, and training and employee welfare by performing the following duties:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Mid-level
- Experience Length: 2 years
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Draw up plans for future personnel needs
- Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Provide staff training and development
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Provide Health and Safety training to employees.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Good for the welfare of staff
