Assist to Hire Limited is looking to hire a talented HR Intern. The candidate must be an excellent communicator who is not shy to discuss HR topics on social media platforms through video presentations. Good writing skill is a plus.
The ideal candidate will:
- Help the employer close more business deals with clients.
- Assist the employer in recruiting the best talent.
- Find the best job advertising platforms and use the same to hire the best candidates.
- Write excellent job descriptions from scratch.
- Recruiting and managing OND candidates and other roles.
- Communicate well with clients and interested job-seekers.
Working on a full-time basis:
- You need to network well via social media platforms.
- You must have the expertise needed in driving organic traffic from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter among other social media platforms to Assist to Hire’s the website.
- Be great at writing.
- Write content on a broad range of career-based topics.
- Ability to successfully hire and manage OND holders.
- Not video shy. Ability to present HR topics on social media and using IG Live as a resource
Pay is between 40 to 60k. Opportunity for promotion if work targets are met.
