We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Officer (Part-Time)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Reporting to: Managing Director
- We are looking to recruit a part time HR officer to work with our team of experts. We are looking for a skilled HR Officer whose major duty is interviewing candidate for other available positions. The successful candidate must also has an eye for details.
- If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- 2 years combined experience in human resources management roles
- Certification: Human Resource Management (Professional Diploma)
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- BSc/BA/HND in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute).
