We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Support the Human Resources Manager in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition –
  • Draft and revise company policies as a team
  • Work closely with HR manager and Management team
  • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
  • Payroll management
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration.
  • Recruitment and Selection – Headhunting of candidates –
  • Employee welfare management –
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the HR Manager. –

Job Specification

  • B.Sc / BA in Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
  • Have basic knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law and Policies
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
  • Professional affiliation is an added advantage.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Male preferably.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Years of work experience not more than 2 years experience in a similar role from a well structured organisation
