Job Summary
- We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, performance, learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Person Specification & Additional Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
- 1 – 3 years experience in Human Resources
- Attention to detail and analytics skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be very tech-savvy.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people management skills are compulsory
- Ability to use sound judgment.
