*Responsibilities*

• Feeder Patrol and Fault Clearing
• Pole Climbing, connection and disconnection of customers
• Identification of illegal consumers who are connected to the network, disconnect them, and ensure that they are captured for billing.
• Ensure that customers are placed on the appropriate tariff classification.
• Ensure effective monitoring of Prepaid Meters to avoid tampering
• Installation of electrical equipment 

*Requirements*

• OND/NCE/(O-Level + Trade test) in Electrical/Electronics/Power and similar disciplines
• Have a good knowledge of electrical system
• Previous experience in the energy industry will be an advantage
• Must be between the age of 20 – 30 years
• Ability to communicate clearly in English language
• Must be innovative and possess strong integrity.
• Team player and attention to details

• Meter Reading and monitoring
• Identification of illegal consumers who are connected to the network, disconnect them, and capture them for billing.
• Ensure that all bills received are distributed within the designated timeline.
• Ensure that customers are placed on the appropriate tariff classification.
• Ensure effective monitoring of Prepaid Meters to avoid tampering
• Identify consumers’ details and report same for relevant and proper capturing
• Raise Customer Records Maintenance Document (CRMD) for new Customers.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in any discipline
• Must be Customer focus and service oriented
• Must be between the age of 18 – 35 years
• Ability to communicate clearly in English language both in speaking and writing.
• Must be innovative and possess strong integrity.
• Self-driven with ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Team player
