Academic Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of Ten (10) years FMCG/ Consumer Services industry experience in the Sales and Marketing function, with demonstrable successes in the Managing various SKUs.
  • Degree from University/Business School/Institute of repute.
  • Strong Relationship Management and Problem Solving.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Man Management.
  • Process & Procedure Implementation Skills.
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
  • Team Spirit.

Job Title: Assistant Manager, Merchandizing

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Vendor Relationship
  • Ensure good visibility of products in all supermarket.
  • Develop and implement appropriate merchandising outlay reflecting management objective
  • Formulate and suggest appropriate display strategies for the different categories of customers for management consideration.
  • Coaching and training of ISR on management approval display strategies.
  • Assist in developing of ISR skill toward the achievement of management goals.
  • Periodic training of Employee on Product knowledge.
  • Periodical evaluation of the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
  • Periodical reportage of competitors’ trade activities.

Academic Qualifications and Skills
Candidate should meet the following:

  • Eight (8) years FMCG/ Consumer Services industry experience in the Sales and Marketing function, with demonstrable successes in the various areas of Product & Brand Management.
  • Good experience of implementing Merchandizing Projects
  • Degree from University/Business School/Institute of repute.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Man Management.
  • Process & Procedure Implementation Skills.
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
  • Team Spirit.
  • Computer literacy and IT Skills is an added advantage

 

Job Title: Trade & Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Scope of Duties

  • A Trade & Marketing Manager is usually responsible for local market brand development within a channel.
  • This is done across a variety of marketing strategies including product launches, public relations and communications efforts, setting up displays and designing loyalty program.
  • Over and above he/she will be responsible for ensuring the standards and parameters require by a Distributor/ KD.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • Previous experience working as a trade marketing manager ideally in FMCG Company.
  • Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth through trade marketing.
  • Highly motivated and passionate about trade marketing.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and at least 5 -6 years in trade marketing.
  • Good presentation and Analytical skills
  • Good communication skill is a must
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Have a passion to lead the team from front in the market place and well aware of Nigerian Markets.
