    Job description

    •  Perform all clerical duties such receiving guests, addressing customer’s complaints, record keeping, preparing meeting agenda, distribute minutes etc.
    • Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
    • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
    • Collect customer data, analyses interactions and visits. Use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
    • Research and monitor activity of company competitors
    • Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
    • Any other duties as assigned by Management.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

    • Degree(minimum of OND) in Social sciences or humanities
    • One to Two Years of Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience and  Content Creation.
    • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
    • Proficient use of MS Office
    • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, with Attention to Detail.
    • Good time-management skills
    • Customer-oriented mindset and Self-Motivated.
    • Experience with Major Social Media Platforms

    Job Description

    •  Maintain high standards of personal conduct in the boarding house, in accordance with school policies
    • Ensure the  good upkeep of boarding areas and the efficient and appropriate use of boarding facilities and equipment
    • Liaise closely with members of staff (teaching and Administrative) across the school to ensure the smooth running of the hostel.
    • Implement and ensure adherence to the School’s Policies on Boarding, Child Protection, Health and Safety.
    • Serves as parental guardian to boarders
    • Induct new boarders and liaise closely with their parents before, during and after their arrival at the school
    •  Any other duties as assigned by Management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling or any other related course.
    • 2-3 years experience working with teenagers.
    • Past experience in leadership position is an added advantage.
