It is a technology platform, acting as a electronic and transcript clearing house, exchange and a certificate verification system that will allow schools of education, polytechnics, colleges, and universities in Nigeria and abroad to send and receive transcripts between each other as well as provide certificate verification data to corporate organisations in a secure, trusted environment.

    Deatils

    • Create ETX office profiles for all entries within the Daily payment confirmed list and as indicated on the admin system.
    • Create admin system profiles for all orders that were manually received from all schools within the exchange.
    • Responsible for all content with the E-Verify system – setting up clients, creating and uploading evidence files and certificates, managing the referencing process within the E-Verify system.
    • Act as the systems administrator to the firm ensuring that all communication and
    • technology platforms are running without problems.
    • Escalating any technology requirement or support needs to the appropriate person.
    • Enhance the firm’s IT sales by generating leads with organizations to promote the IT services of the Firm.
    • Manage all of ETX-NG technology platform (existing and future planned) ensuring that local requirements are met and suggestions for improvement are documented and
    • implemented where applicable.
    • Be responsible for managing the ETX-NG transcript delivery system including ETX-NG Receive

    REQUIREMENTS

    • HND / BSc in information technology, computer science or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience. Required Skills:
    • Experience in the use of PCs, operating systems, applications, network and communication technology.

    • Knowledge of the administration MS SQL Server 2008.
    • Ability to show understanding and patience in communicating with technology users.
    • Ability to encourage staff to exchange views and resolve problems.

    Job Functions

    • Researching and identifying potential clients: This involves targeting companies that may require verification service, obtaining contact details from the company. Contact
    • details must include the name, mobile number and personal email address. The contact
    • person must be a decision maker or a high-ranking staff who can influence decisions.
    • Sending out brochures and proposals: Once a company has been identified and contact established, a brochure or proposal would need to be sent to the potential client.
    • Chasing up on potential customers: Once the proposals have been sent out, they will need to be chased and followed up constantly.
    • Bringing in verification subjects: This involves gaining a deal from the identified client
    • and winning business for the firm.
    • All the related activities to the functions above must be recorded within the firm’s CRM system.
    • Ensure all incoming requests from exchange school, backend and e-verify are attended to.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or any related course of study.
    • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
    • Excellent writing, editing photo/video/text, presentation and communication skills
    • Demonstrable social and creative analytics tools knowledge
    • Mastery of online marketing and the major marketing channels
    • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
    • Basic knowledge of video and photo editing software tools
    • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO is an advantage
    • Pays attention to detail.
