Responsibilities

• Partner with the technology & leadership to plan, schedule and deliver our products
• Manage a team of Front & Back End Software developers
• Assist in development of product strategies and roadmap
• Manage development projects using JIRA, Google sheets/docs or other project management tools

• Manage movement of backlogs into appropriate workflows
• Continually drive day-to-day production, scheduling sprints, balancing priorities, and tracking progress
• Analyze and address any process bottlenecks in product development pipelines
• Build close relationships with the Technical leads, Software Development team and Business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years work experience.
• Background in software developmentis complusory
• Extensive experience in project management and software development processes
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Product focused, professional attitude with exceptional communication skills, and able to resolve conflicts
• Ability to quickly come up with a workaround or pivot course is absolutely essential
• Daily use of JIRA & other project management Software tools
• Experience in Unity in a professional environment
• Use of G Suite tools & Slack for internal communication
• Background in Software Development
• Self-driven and a great team-player
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Excellent computer literacy skills.

Job Duties

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job going
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

Job Description

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

• Manage and review code contributed by the rest of the team and work with them to get it ready for production

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with the .NET Framework/ C# programming language and other more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, PHP, C/C++, Objective C, Python, Golang
• A solid understanding of software construction
• The ability to naturally follow good development practices like test automation, CI/CD, source version control, etc
• You enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies
• An awareness of the following technologies: MSSQL, MySQL, Redis, Memcached, xDocker, Kafka, Git, Jenkins.
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
