Job Title: Sales Recruitment Specialist
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Source for companies in need of recruitment services.
  • Previous experience sourcing school teachers and selling grammar courses to schools is an added advantage.
  • Creating awareness and advertising the company’s services on different social media platforms.
  • Deploy aggressive and persuasive selling techniques to win prospective clients.
  • Available to follow up on existing clients.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Exceptional sales skills.
  • Experience selling grammar courses to schools.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Prior experience recruiting teachers.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
  • A content marketer is an added advantage.

Remuneration:
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
