We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who combines excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
Specific qualifications for this CSE role include:
- BSc. Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations
