We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Reporting Lines: Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities / Duties
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Researching and identifying business opportunities.
- Assist our organization in maintaining good relationship with old/ new and prospective clients.
- Engaging with vendors.
- Drive sales and improve revenue.
- Enhance the organization’s image, and meet overall growth objectives.
- Evaluating performance and productivity of all staff both technical/marketing /admin staffs.
- Generating comprehensive and precise reports and giving presentations.
Job Specification
Qualification (s):
- Degree in Business Management. MBA is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience with previous employments
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Understanding of the manufacturing and construction industry.
Training & Skills:
- Proactive, Analytical, Organized & Coordinated
- Efficient & Effective in the use of MS Packages.
- Ability to multi-task & work under pressure with calm disposition.
- Entrepreneurial drive & vision
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities as well as a team player.
Remuneration
N100,000 monthly plus 5% commission on sales.
