We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Clerk

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):

  • Attend to walk-in customers and introduce the companies services and answer question they may have.
  • Service customers over the phone and practice telephone courtesies at all times.
  • Practicing quality in all aspects of the job to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

  • OND / HND / BSc qualification.
  • 0 to 3 years experience of relevant working experience as an office clerk or related role.
  • Female Applicant
  • Excellent oral communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Acceptable level of written English.
  • Highly motivated, matured and committed individual.
  • Basic computerknowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
  • Fast leaner and able to adopt stressful environment and fast moving work atmosphere.

Salary

N45,000 – N60,000 / month.
