Operations Manager at BizPoint Consults Limited

Our client based in Rivers State,  a key player in the Oil & Gas Services, Construction and Agricultural sectors of the economy requires the services of an Operations Manager – Port Harcourt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
• Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems.
• Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.
• Organize company budget in collaboration with the top management.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in area of specialty
2. 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures, relying on extensive experience to plan and accomplish goals; typically reporting to top management and directly manages and directs Operational staff.
