    Performance Management Officer

    Job Description

    • Successful candidates will design and develop performance monitoring templates for individual, departmental and team performance review and analysis with other assigned duties.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper division or Upper Credit.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Good Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant post NYSC experience
    • Associate of ICAN with a flair for Audit, Investigation and Risk Management.
    • Candidates should fall within age bracket of 22-28 years.
