Location: Surulere, Lagos
- We are looking to hire a female Personal Assistant with experience in Accounting and Auditing.
- She is to work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
- Organising and planning meetings
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with correspondences on behalf of the MD
- Collating and filing expenses
- Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Overseeing hotel financial management
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of hotel financials
- Overseeing financial regulatory requirements
- Miscellaneous tasks to support MD
- B.Sc in Accounting or any relevant field from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in Accounting and Auditing
- Result-oriented and be able to multitask
- Demonstrated ability to handle issues with tact and discretion
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Should live within Surulere or environs
- Not more than 30 years old as of December 2020
