    Our client is a full-service interior design firm specialising in comprehensive interior design and consultancy services alongside turnkey installations for varied type of projects including corporate, residential and retail sectors.

    Our Ideal candidate should be an experienced hire should possess the following skills
    REQUIREMENTS

    • A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
    •  Five years Proven work experience as a, Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, Project coordinator, Project Manager or similar role
    • Knowledge of project management techniques and methods
    • Outstanding leadership skills
    • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Strong teamwork, client facing and team management skills
    • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
    • Market and Industry Knowledge
    • Proficient in Ms Suite, MS Project, Ms Planner, or other project management tools (e.g. Airtable, Monday, Trello)
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
    • Project Management Certification is a plus

    Job Description: 

    • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
    • Breaks projects into doable actions and sets timeframe
    • Achieves Project Objectives (Delivering on-time, within scope, budget with excellent quality)
    • Assign tasks to internal teams and assists with schedule management
    • Makes sure the client’s needs are met as projects evolve
    • Manage project progress and handles any issues that arise
    • Ensures standard process and procedures are followed by all team members from project inception to completion
    • Ensures project and operations process are effective
    • Helps prepare project budget and sees to the profitability of each project
    • Ensures the technical feasibility of project items
    • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
    • Ensures team KPis are met and conducts assessments
    • Monitor daily operations of projects and addresses potential issues
    • Ensures company operational (projects) goals are met
    • Provide administrative support
