Job Description

  • We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, hardworking and professional individual for Real Estate Company who are experienced in property sales to clients and promote our business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their career in real estate.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow up on generated sales leads by the company.
  • Attending to Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
  • Interact with clients to determine business requirements
  • Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
  • Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.
  • Showing commercial properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes & Preferably with experience in retail sales sector.

Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

  • Minimum (BSc)
  • 2 – 4 years Experience.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve
  • Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
