Job Purpose

  • This individual will play a key role as part of the Business Transformation team, ensuring that value is delivered for strategic projects, supporting the establishment and enforcement of standards and governance, and enterprise transformation.
  • This is a continuous operational management function with a mandate to drive efficiency gains. Track and assess if progress are made in achieving set targets, spot bottlenecks in implementation, highlight whether there are any unintended effects from projects or programs and their activities, and identify gaps in capacity of resource elements and propose learning activities required.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Supporting delivery and execution of end to end execution plans by tracking actual results against forecasted results, drive adherence to approved plans, protocols, standards and governance, and reducing waste and identifying cost savings opportunities,
  • Acting as a central hub for the business segments/units executing common standards, templates, processes, and expectations,
  • Promoting operational excellence and ensuring that strong plans and KPIs are in place,
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis of business issues and analyze market conditions in order to develop metrics to measure performance and contribute to drive profitable growth,
  • Developing measurable goals and KPIs for tracking and implementing projects that improve operational efficiency and achieving sustainable competitive advantage,
  • Working closely with HR to determine targets, competence gaps and learning framework for different segments of the business,
  • Creating and managing status reporting that reveals successes, risks, deviations, and consequence management,
  • Conducting research, data mining and analysis of operational efficiency and processes,
  • Continuously aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the AgroMallТs priorities and strategic objectives,
  • Monitoring, documenting and reporting departmental performance scorecards, and capture lessons learned from mainstreaming and scaling up best practices,
  • Drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Requirements

  • A university degree, MSc/MBA preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in business performance measurement, management, and improvement; designing, implementing, and operating M&E framework and systems in a fast-paced and multinational context
  • Proven track record in target setting and tracking, Key Performance Indicator selection and reporting, and performance monitoring execution,
  • Knowledge and use of evaluation and analysis methodologies
  • Ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, research capabilities, and curious learner,
  • Team player who is open minded, flexible, and willing to incorporate other people’s perspectives

Job Purpose

  • The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development of the overall commercial strategy and leading the implementation and execution across the business portfolio to optimize volume growth and margin improvement.
  • To execute successfully, you will be will work across product, business development, agribusiness and agriculture production segments of the business to shape our pricing strategy and market-penetration and consolidation pricing plans, grow the strategic pricing capability for the business by continually reviewing and developing pricing approaches; analyzing competitor pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for existing and new products of the business.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the impact of the movement of various macro-economic indicators on the business, and performing competitor analysis,
  • Identifying pricing frameworks and drafting strategic pricing plans for existing and new product / service offerings, developing and executing pricing strategies, price setting, and profitability management;
  • Performing data and trend analysis of all revenue generating transactions / activities, developing forecasts and making fact-based recommendations to achieve competitive market positioning and improved margins,
  • Continuous evaluation of pricing performance and execute changes within the overall strategy to achieve business KPIs,
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure regular customer feedback is incorporated into pricing methodologies and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MSC / MBA preferred
  • Membership of Professional Pricing Membership (PPS) will be an added advantage
  • 5+ years’ pricing management experience in either business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) within FCMG and executing successfully in price modeling and delivering on pricing strategies,
  • Strong commercial knowledge including trend and sensitivity analysis,
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and under pressure while managing a large number of complex activities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, research capabilities, and curious learner who stays on top of current and emerging industry and client trends

Job Purpose

  • The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business and technical processes to formulate, recommend, and/or develop new/modified business processes.
  • The role involves thinking policies and processes, and you will be tasked with drawing inferences from policies and process details and link these inferences to the big picture by considering business objectives in identifying process improvement.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to find or design new processes and solve process-related problems. This will often involve mapping existing processes and designing improved ones.

  • Gathering information through process mapping and flow-charting for the development of better process engineering,

Requirements

  • Understanding and experience with LEAN principles & methodologies will be an added advantage
  • 5+ years’ experience in business process analysis, business process mapping, designing, and documenting processes and practices within the FCMG work environment, with a focus on operation processes
  • Proficiency using Visio or similar workflow documentation tool, document naming convention and assigning access rights
  • Experience in the use of SharePoint for workflow, document archiving and sharing, site administration and communication
