Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Purpose

  • Sales and Marketing Specialist is to identify and develop new business opportunities and clients that will help the Company achieve its strategic and business objectives.
  • Specifically, for the sale and letting of all property being offered by Eko Development

Organizational Relationship:

  • Reports to: CEO

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop strategic alliances and cultivate relationship and register the Company with local & international organizations.
  • To Monitor and be aware of competition and consistently staying ahead in this highly competitive Industry. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Develop/ensure implementation of efficient and effective customer service strategies
  • Identify, develop and focus on new business opportunities – markets, products
  • Marketing Relationship Management: Develop and coordinate the sales & marketing team/customer support team
  • Provide on a regular basis market groups performance/customer profitability assessments
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing plans
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with clients or other organizations as required.
