Job Description
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Accurately describe products, features and benefits.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Keep up to date with inventory and ensure to send out of stock list daily.
- Welcome/greet customers politely.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Manage point-of-sale processes
Qualifications
- BSC/HND
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to track record of over-achieving sales quota.
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Basic administration skills.
