Job Title: Salesforce Adminstrator

Location: Abuja (Remote)

Where You Will Work

  • This is a 100% remote position. You can be in any time zone between GMT +5 (India IST) to GMT -8 (US PST) providing you have stable Internet
  • Your schedule will be flexible however, you must be available for meetings and to provide support during evenings and early mornings and be able to respond to communications during GMT or EST working hours
  • You will report to the VP of Engineering who is in Denver, Colorado USA.

Job Description

  • We are particularly interested in solving these problems in underserved markets that are served by outdated incumbents.
  • As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Sparkmeter you will contribute to this mission by leveraging the Salesforce platform to transform the way we run our business and service our customers around the world.
  • You will do this by developing new business applications to support our entire business process including marketing, sales, manufacturing and order fulfillment, and by providing world class support to end users.
  • This role will be a key member of the technology team and will report directly to the VP of Engineering.

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you’ll focus on:

  • Developing a roadmap for evolving our Salesforce implementation to support our long term strategy.
  • Evaluating our current implementation and advising on near and long term work needed to support business objectives.
  • Managing multiple simultaneous projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process.
  • Working with business users to define, implement and update business processes involving the use of Salesforce.
  • Maintaining, enhancing, and creating Salesforce workflows, flows, process builders, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and other configurations.
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system and improvements.
  • Project managing Salesforce related projects from inception to deployment
  • Providing end user support to a global user base.


  • Experience deploying Salesforce for a manufacturing organization.
  • Ability to evaluate and define Salesforce implementation architecture.
  • Experience evaluating business needs and developing roadmaps for leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and automation, specifically screen and auto launched flows.
  • Experience building and delivering business solutions to stakeholders.
  • Expertise in designing Salesforce custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, flows, process builders, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email templates according to application requirements.
  • Project management experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a “do whatever it takes” mentality.
  • A deep understanding of the platform, modules, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and understand APEX framework code and customizations.
  • Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Admin or App Builder certification required or equivalent experience.
