We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Industry: Retail
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities
Management:

  • Lead others and work effectively with the retail team
  • Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s team
  • Organize and distribute staff schedules.
  • Assist HR & Store Supervisors in Coaching, counselling and Training Shopfloor Staff.
  • Evaluate on-the-job performance.
  • Effectively communicate information to store team and supervisors in an open and timely manner
  • Support Store team with actions plans for operational and service improvement

Customer Service:

  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
  • Promote the company's customer service culture
  • Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
  • Promote a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching

Merchandising / Presentation:

  • Stock shelves and oversee proper shelf display based on Store Planogram
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
  • Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Mandatory educational background, qualifications, and experience for this role:

  • HND / B.Sc. in any relevant Degree
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good team leadership and decision-making skills is required.
  • 3-5 years of retail store experience, 2 of which must be as a supervisor
  • Excellent Communication skills.

Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000 (Net salary) Monthly
