    Technical Support

    Our client is a renowned multinational VAS company. They currently have an opening for a Technical Support 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Testing of traffic for A2P and P2P (P2P as per company’s request)
    • Conduct all testing types ( system test, function test, integration test, regression test )
    • Conduct CDR analysis on hourly basis to keep up with the Revenue Assurance team’s request.
    • Monitor and analyze basic system performance
    • Monitor and analyze KPI graphs
    • Conduct a Test and Acceptance Test with clients
    • Investigate any potential issues faced on live products

    Requirements:

    • BSc/MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related subject
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the industry.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent Written and Communication Skill (English)
