Our client is a renowned multinational VAS company. They currently have an opening for a Technical Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing of traffic for A2P and P2P (P2P as per company’s request)
- Conduct all testing types ( system test, function test, integration test, regression test )
- Conduct CDR analysis on hourly basis to keep up with the Revenue Assurance team’s request.
- Monitor and analyze basic system performance
- Monitor and analyze KPI graphs
- Conduct a Test and Acceptance Test with clients
- Investigate any potential issues faced on live products
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related subject
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Written and Communication Skill (English)
